01 Steam Vegetables Include at least one serving of steam vegetables each day. Beets, radishes, artichokes, cabbage, spinach, broccoli, spirulina, chlorella, and seaweed are excellent detoxifying foods. |
02 Citrus Fruits Treat yourself to citrus fruits that are also great detoxifying fruits such as orange, pomelo, grapefruit, lemon and lime. |
03 Meats For meat-lovers, minimise lean cuts of meat and poultry or choose smaller portions and pay particular attention to how you cook.

04 Oily Fish Include oily fish such as tuna, salmon or mackerel in your diet at least twice a week. Avoid smoked fish whenever possible. |
05 Soya Try adding soya products such as beans, milk, cheese and tofu to a pasta sauce or soup for a special yet healthy dish. |
06 Seeds & Nuts Use seeds (sunflower, pumpkin or sesame) and nuts (cashews, peanuts, walnuts, hazelnuts or almonds) as a snack, either by themselves or with yoghurt or fruit. |
07 Biled Eggs Choose boiled eggs over other ways of cooking for excellent protein quality. |
08 Garlic Eat garlic or onions on a daily basis, either as seasoning in your main meal or raw in your sandwich filling. |
